For adults, the traditional square pillow is 80x80 cm. Think of it as a large square, plenty of space to toss and turn in the night. A popular alternative is the 40x80 cm pillow, which is the 80x80 cm pillow folded in half—imagine a long, thin shape, like a baguette.
Other Pillow Size
